SPORTS DEVELOPMENT PLAN: FALLS BOWLING & LAWN TENNIS CLUB

Falls Bowling & Lawn Tennis Club is over 100 years old and has been at their Fruithill premises for over 80 years. Tennis courts had become derelict and Falls bowling had sought to regenerate them to create a MUGA area. The SDP was to assist with this process, and the ongoing development of Ireland’s first youth academy, introduction of new governance models and improved links with local schools, youth clubs and community. McGarry Consulting delivered the sports development plan.

Sports Development Plan – Donegal Celtic FC

Donegal Celtic FC were a NI Premier League soccer team based in West Belfast. They were rebuilding their youth structure and seeking funding for two major capital expenditure projects. This was the first sports development plan undertaken by the club and was in association with a feasibility study for a new 3G pitch. McGarry Consulting delivered the sports development plan.
