independent review: limerick volunteer centre

Brought into perform independent review of staff, board structures and overall strategy. Spoke with all staff and board members individually and at length to get a comprehensive understanding of the organisation. This was supplemented by researching other volunteer centres in Ireland for benchmarking and contextual purposes. Review, outlined summary options and recommendations and was completed within one month, with final report presented to board for Q&A. McGarry Consulting were praised for the conduct and quality of our work, and subsequently won much more work in the area. Our report has also been cited at national level.
