JOGBELFAST FUNDING

Set out the 3-year costs for JogBelfast and went to meetings with public bodies that raised over £150,000 for JogBelfast. This included £120 per session excluding administration, venue hire and t-shirt costs which were covered separately. An additional £12,000 was secured for the first JogBelfast 5k race in Ormeau Park. We helped draft the initial constitution for JogBelfast and the first Service Level Agreements to ensure that it was up and running and that providers would benefit from security of payment. 

McGarry Consulting team members also helped organise the inaugural JogBelfast 5K and was a volunteer coach for the Ormeau Park based Programme.
