evaluation: tradelinks 2 programme

Enterprise NI (32 Agencies) & 6 County Enterprise Boards (RoI) had delivered a Tradelinks Export Development Programme for 11 yrs. The T2C programme involved over 200 companies receiving specialist mentoring, networking events and marketing links. The Department sought a robust and independent evaluation. T2C appeared a clear success but the evaluation exposed some issues with recruitment, selection, monitoring and mentoring that impacted upon the project. Several recommendations were outlined to address the issues. SEUPB and the Department were pleased with the quality of the final evaluation.
